Registration
- The registration process is handled by the Abreu Travel Agency. In order to complete your registration, please follow the link Registration (insert link). After the registration process is complete, please save your username and password; you may need them later.
- You can also make hotel reservations during the registration process. Here is a list of available hotels.
- At least one author must register for every accepted paper before April 3, 2026 (strict deadline).
- For each accepted paper at least one registration as presenting author is required.
- You cannot register for more than one paper.

- The category (Early/Late) of the registration fees are determined by the date the payment is made, not the date of registration.
- When registering, please upload a valid certificate.
- Includes the Conference dinner in both options .
The Conference Tour will take place in the last day of the conference (see more details here).
Cancellation policy: The registration of participation is binding. Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations received before April 25, 2026 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after April 25, 2026.
